The completion of a major project during the summer holidays, at a school in Redditch, including a new installation of a boiler room, and an overhaul of their system.

Mill Street in Leamington Spa were looking for a solution to revamp their systems for both heating and cooling, as William Austin was chosen to help Mill Street achieve their goals.

Following an in depth site survey at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Bromsgrove, it was concluded that the LPHW plant urgently needed replacing. Part of the remedial programme included the supply of new boiler and hot water generation plant by Mikrofill.

A care home in Taunton was suffering with repeated boiler failures and hot water issues due to failing and obsolete equipment. The decision was taken to award William Austin the contract to overhaul the plant room with new boiler and hot water plant.
