VRF & VRV Multi-Zone Systems Scheduled maintenance of variable refrigerant flow systems across all major manufacturers, including controls checks, refrigerant management and full F-Gas record keeping.
Commercial Boilers & Heating Systems Planned servicing of commercial boilers and low-pressure hot water heating systems by Gas Safe registered engineers.
Ventilation & Air Handling Units Regular inspection, cleaning and testing of mechanical ventilation systems and air handling units to maintain air quality, energy efficiency and compliance.
Building Management Systems & Controls BMS and controls checks included as part of your contract. We verify that your systems are communicating correctly and operating as intended on every visit.
